Collected during the winter as part of their tree maintenance process, this olive wood infuses every dish with exceptional, aromatic flavors.

Our menu features homemade Moussaka, succulent Lamb Shank Kleftiko, flavorful Artichokes alla Polita, stone-baked pizzas, and fresh, local fish, all cooked to perfection.
