If you’re planning to spend a day on Antipaxos, enjoying its beautiful beaches and exploring the island, here are your options for getting there.
Sea Taxi from Gaios
The fastest and cheapest way to get to Antipaxos is by sea taxi from Gaios. Ideal for those heading to Vrika or Voutoumi beaches, this option costs 25 € per person for a round trip. Boats leave at 10 am from the main square and take about 15 minutes. The last boat from Antipaxos departs at 4 pm, but it’s wise to confirm as times can vary with weather conditions. Tickets are purchased on-site; just show up and get in line.
Another fun option is the Glass Bottom boat, offering the same schedule and price. You can enjoy amazing views of marine life and the crystal-clear waters below with a glass floor.

Boat Rental
For those wanting to explore more of Antipaxos, including the blue caves and the west coast of Paxos, you can rent a boat, either with or without a skipper.
Without Skipper
Suitable for both amateurs and experts. Prices vary, so check with Captain Nikos Boat Hire or Panos Boats and Trips in Loggos. They provide instructions and a quick lesson for beginners.
With Skipper
If you prefer not to drive, a skipper can be hired for an additional cost of around 100 €. This option lets you relax and enjoy the best spots without any worry. Options range from small boats for couples to large ribs for up to 10 people. Traditional kaiks are also available.
In Lakka, you can rent a private boat from Aggelos at Paxos Oasi Sub for 600 € per day, accommodating up to 6 people.
Join the Lefcothea Boat for a day trip around the island, including a visit to the Blue Caves and a 2-hour stop in Antipaxos. This trip departs from Gaios at 10:30 am and returns at 4:45 pm.
